  • Weird, I don't know why I'm never able to reproduce this. Are you using the 'remember me' option when you log in? What type of post were you trying to submit? Do you definitely have your browser set to accept cookies from this site?
  • JBo0225 (0) replied about 1 year, 1 month ago:
  • I have cookies set to accept and remain from all sites until I close Firefox. I didn't have the remember me option set. There's no issue retaining the pre-filled in username and password when I return to the site.

  • I also duplicated this with a clean install of Opera 9.24, which had as default to Accept cookies.

  • Very weird. What type of post are you trying to create when this happens?
  • JBo0225 (0) replied about 1 year, 1 month ago:
  • I just clicked Create New Post. Funny, though I just did it now and it brought up the posting screen. Maybe something is touchy with the cookie.

  • OK, I'll look in to it a little more but in the meantime, let me know if it happens again. I made a few code changes last night and maybe one inadvertently fixed it.

  • I think I figured it out. When I visit the site with the URL as just mydropspot.com it causes the problem. I'm ok if I goto the site as www.mydropspot.com.

  • OK, finally figured it out. I couldn't duplicate it because it only happened when you clicked create new post when viewing your default category. It broke because it wasn't appending a trailing slash.
